Sarasota Pride is a fun and exciting event with a variety of activities including live music, drag shows, art exhibitions, dance troupes, comedians, and much more. We are committed to creating a safe and accepting environment that celebrates the LGBTQ community and we invite everyone to join us in making Sarasota a more inclusive place.

World class drag celebrity performances featuring Thorgy Thor, an international drag queen and musician who gained notoriety on the 8th season of RuPaul's Drag Race and the 3rd season of All Stars. Thorgy's performances are a mix of music, comedy, and lip-sync that will leave audiences enthralled and entertained.

VooDoo von BoomBoom

VooDoo von BoomBoom is a burlesque host and performer in Sarasota, FL. With many years of experience in the burlesque industry, VooDoo is passionate about pushing the boundaries of burlesque and is dedicated to creating bold, innovative performances.
VooDoo firmly believes in the power of burlesque to empower and inspire its audiences and performers. Through her performances, VooDoo encourages everyone to be unapologetically themselves and to never shy away from expressing themselves through art.

Jonah Ray

he/him

Jonah has been married to his husband for 10 years and together for 13. Is from North Carolina and a part of a very large family. He works for the city of Sarasota and is the creator, producer and host of two Saturday morning radio shows on WSLR 96.5 FM in Sarasota. The Saturday Morning Gospel Beat with Jonah Ray which airs every Saturday morning from 7-9 am and Manasota Arts Connection, airing biweekly from 9-9:30 am
