Join us in this joyous celebration and let your true colors shine as we embrace a future where love knows no bounds.
Location: Boulevard of the Arts from Florida Avenue to Lemon Avenue.

Our goal is to showcase the positive aspects of our lives and Sarasota as an inclusive community with partners and allies who appreciate the diversity of its citizens.
The festival will feature live entertainment, local vendors, pet parade, bike rally, and food and beverages.
We look forward to partnering with Sponsors, Vendors, and Community Members to create an all-inclusive festival where everyone is equally united, supported and celebrated.
DRAG CELEBRITIES
World class drag celebrity performances featuring Thorgy Thor, an international drag queen and musician who gained notoriety on the 8th season of RuPaul's Drag Race and the 3rd season of All Stars. Thorgy's performances are a mix of music, comedy, and lip-sync that will leave audiences enthralled and entertained.

Sarasota Pride provides a platform to celebrate and showcase the LGBTQ+ community. Our 2023 theme is LGBTQ+ (A Lot More), and we invite everyone to share their stories and experiences with the community. Grab a brush and paint away!
FUN ACTIVITIES
Pet parade, bike rally, highlighting local LGBTQ+ artists, music, listen to inspiring speakers, dance party, and drag shows. Plus, you can mingle with others and make new friends. Come join us and let your rainbow flag fly high
FOOD TRUCKS
Our vendors offer an array of cuisines, from vegan to fried chicken, and all of the food is made with love and pride. We are proud to provide a safe space for our LGBTQ+ community to come together and enjoy a meal.

Grand Marshal 2023

Tom Edwards stands alone on the Sarasota County School Board. He is its only moderate voice advocating for the freedom of teachers, the rights of ALL students and parents, and the preservation of public schools from the destructive, political winds of privatization.
As a result of Tom’s strong, active leadership since becoming a board member in 2020, the governor targeted Tom for defeat in the next election. That unprecedented action has emboldened Tom to run for a second term to ensure a high-achieving academic environment that is diverse, safe, and inclusive for every student in every classroom.

Tom will be receiving the 2023 Grand Marshal Award at Sarasota Pride.

IS THE BUS STILL RUNNING?
Don't fret about parking; we've got you covered! The PRIDE shuttle will loop with pick-ups every 15-20 minutes from 11:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Two shuttle pickup points downtown:
• The first stop is at the Truist Bank parking lot (N. Osprey Ave & Fruitville)
• The second stop is at the Palm Ave Parking Garage, right next to Buddy Brew Coffee.
