World AIDS Day

Every year, on 1 December, the world commemorates World AIDS Day. People around the world unite to show support for people living with and affected by HIV and to remember those who lost their lives to AIDS.

We were proud to be present at two World AIDS Day events the Sarasota Art Museum and CAN Community Health event in Downtown Sarasota and the MCC Church of The Trinity event on Lockwood Ridge Rd.

MCC Church of the Trinity was able to renovate their memorial garden through a partnership with Project Pride SRQ. We hope this garden will remind those who see it of the loved ones lost during the AIDS epidemic.

Both events were very special and we were happy to participate.
